Junk Food:
                  The term "Junk Food" means a kind of food having a great amount of calories with little amount of nutrition present in it.In this century,junk food is used normally every where.That's why obese problems are increasing day by day.Increase of heart stroke or we can say that rate of cardiac arrest is increasing day by day.Mostly two types of junk food are used mostly by many peoples in daily life.One is snack food and other is fast food.
-Snack Food:
                     Snack food is type of junk food for example Choclate bar,Potato chips in packing e.g Pringles.These are the types of snack food.
-Fast Food:
                   Fast Food  is also a type of junk food.It is a kind of junk food that is found in fast food restaurant e.g 
                                           Mcdonald's 

                                               KFC

                                           Burger King

                                           Pizza Hut 

                                           Dominos


Burgers,Tacos,Burritos,Pizza and French Fries are known as fast food.These are the foods having less nutrition and more calories.

So,It doesn't mean that you should not eat fast food or snack food.You can eat it.But always try to eat junk food with in limits.Dont Over eat.It can cause heart stroke , Obese problems and many other diseases.

Heart Stroke:

There are some negative facts that will help us in understanding about junk food:
1-Junk food causes high blood pressure,cholesterol in blood, certain types of cancer,obesity or heart attack.

2-Taking too much fast food can affect your brain and you will ask for large amount of junk food after regular intervals of time and this problem last for many days.

3-The glue which is used on envelopes is mostly used in junk food as thickener.
4-It causes violent behavior in child's act,which causes harm to others and to him or her self too.
5-A maximum chance of both heart and brain stroke.

                                                 If we want ourselves to have a good physique,we need to have control on our diets to maintain our diet level and stop being over weight.For this purpose control on diet is must.We need to intake and avoid some kind of foods that are good and bad for our health.

               A Japanese study found that the substance that gives vinegar its sour taste and strong odor might fight fat. "The study found that in overweight individuals who consumed 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily for 12 weeks had significantly lower body weight, BMI, visceral (belly) fat, and waist circumference than the control group that didn't consume any vinegar.Researchers feel this may be due to vinegar's acetic acid, which may switch on genes that pump out proteins that break down fat.
